Step into the studio and feel the shift—Power Up isn’t just another workout, it’s a full-body awakening. This 1 hour class is built for those who crave intensity, thrive on challenge, and want to leave every session feeling stronger than ever. It combines traditional strength exercises with innovative, full-body movements using: barbells, dumbbells, and the step. 

Benefits: This class delivers results you can feel and see including strength, muscle building, improved fitness, and enhanced movement health.

But what truly sets Power Up apart? The instructor.

Taylor Smalls has been leading group fitness since 2016, but her journey started on the other side of the studio—as a passionate Central Penn member who fell in love with movement and never looked back. Now a certified MOSSA Group Power and Core instructor, and a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2018, Taylor brings serious credentials and contagious energy to every class.

She’s taught it all—Power Up, Tabata, HIIT, cycling, and Dance2Fit—but no matter the format, her sessions are known for one thing: intensity with heart. Her motto? “It hurts so good.” That’s the vibe she lives by—pushing you past your limits while keeping the atmosphere fun, supportive, and full of grit.

Taylor doesn’t just train bodies—she builds confidence, community, and a whole lot of sweat equity. Come ready to work, and leave feeling unstoppable.
