My philosophy as a personal trainer is that we all must find the right balance. This means balance with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility & rest. All of my clients come to me with different goals and different needs. It is my job to get all of these components back in balance, with the appropriate intensity in each category to achieve the goals set for each person.
I have worked with a large variety of clientele. This includes beginners with very little or no background in fitness to designing intense workouts for the advanced athlete who needs special training for athletic events. I enjoy working with all levels of fitness and skill.

Exercise is listed as either a preventive measure or a cure for almost every known pathology. In my experiences, people have a false impression of exercise. Exercise does not need to be something you dread or even something you tolerate, but rather it should be something you enjoy, and with the right teacher, it will be! You probably do not know how you got where you're at, but I can help you get where you're going. Call Today for a Healthier Tomorrow!

Josh Albert

Certified Personal Trainer
Focus Areas
- Fit-Start programs for beginners
- Training both inexperienced/experienced clients
- Flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training
- Cross-training & interval style workouts
- Changes in body composition
Certifications
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR/AED/FIRST AID – American Heart Association
- Currently working toward a degree in Exercise Physiology
Philosophy
Prescribing exercise and physical activity is not a one size fits all approach. Understanding that everyone is different and matching the appropriate exercise prescription is a very important element in personal training; hence the word “personal”. I believe that the program prescribed should be fun, educational, and challenging. Taking this journey together with someone that is knowledgeable, understanding, and motivating can be a great way to reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
