Looking for structure, motivation and results-driven workouts to boost your level of fitness? You’ve come to the right place.

Beginners and athletes alike have achieved fantastic results with boot camp workouts. Our team of expert fitness trainers will help you get your fitness on track in a positive, fun group environment. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, tone lean muscle, get in shape for a wedding or earn the beach body of your dreams, boot camp can get you there, fast.

Boot camp is a no-nonsense strength, flexibility and cardio workout for both men and women. This class is serious business so come prepared and be ready to sweat. Class size is limited to 15 participants and will be held outdoors, weather permitting (inclement weather days will be in our large group exercise studio). Classes are run throughout the year, scheduled 2-3 times per week and are one hour in duration. Come check out our monster truck tires, agility ladders, rings and hurdles and join in the fun!

A Polar Body Assessment will be administered by one of our personal trainers prior to each class start session. Your current level of fitness will be evaluated to make sure that boot camp is a good fit for all of our participants.

Prizes will be awarded at the end of each session to the female and male with the highest % of their own body fat loss. Come get your bootie in shape with Central Penn’s Boot Camp!
