Our trainers are held to the highest standards and we accept only the top six coveted and premier industry certifications. We routinely host national personal training certifications at our multi-sport club. We can match you up with a trainer who has experience to help you meet your goals. Our personal training team has a variety of backgrounds and experiences. To begin your transformation, contact Kim Heck at email@example.com
Each new member of CPHFC begins their journey to wellness with an appointment with a Fitness Specialist. Your personal wellness goals are the number one priority of our staff. You will start your session by answering a questionnaire. Together we will set up an exercise program for you.
We have a new Polar Body Age system that is offered to each new member to determine their current fitness level. This state-of-the-art computerized system measures your current body age compared to your chronological age. You will leave the club with a six-page printout that outlines your strengths and areas of necessary improvement. From the assessment, you will receive an individual program designed by a personal trainer. We call this program Results-Based Personal Training. This program includes two sessions of training and is offered at an introductory price of $99.00 per person.
Our number one concern is you as our client! You will receive personal attention and support that will take your fitness to the next level. Our trainers will work with you to provide you the Mindset you need, the Body you want and the Life you deserve! Each training session will be varied and personalized to cater to your specific needs. No more boring workouts. Exercise can be fun and energizing!
Would you like to exercise with a spouse or close friend? This means that you can pair up with a buddy and share the cost of personal training. Our trainers provide buddy and small group personal training. We can match you with a trainer and find a time that is convenient to your schedule.
Are you in the process of recovering from a recent surgery or currently in physical therapy? CPHFC has clinical personal trainers that can work with patients who have medical clearance to exercise and were referred or currently under the care of a physician or healthcare professional. We begin with providing your physician with a written referral that outlines your exercise clearance. We then develop a personalized exercise program. Our trainer can write adapted exercise recommendations for people with disabilities.
