Sculpt Your Body
Pilates Reformer classes utilize a piece of equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates, to perform exercises with the Pilates exercise method. These exercises increase strength, flexibility, muscular balance and overall health, while toning and sculpting your body. With a major emphasis on properly aligning the body and joint stability, Pilates is the perfect complement to all other types of exercise and sports training. Strengthen the core – elongate the limbs, while improving your overall flexibility and alleviating chronic injuries. In 10 sessions, you will feel a difference; in 20 sessions, you will see the difference; and in 30 sessions, you will reshape your body.
At CPHFC, we have a private studio for training that is 700 square feet. There are four Pilate Allegro trainers available for small group personal training or one-on-one instruction. Packages for purchasing multiple sessions are available on an ongoing basis. This program is available for members and non-members as part of our small group personal training program.
Pilates Mat Class
Pilates classes consist of mat exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. It is a system of specific exercises and breathing that focus on the core muscles for functional training.
My philosophy as a personal trainer is that we all must find the right balance. This means balance with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility & rest. All of my clients come to me with different goals and different needs. It is my job to get all of these components back in balance, with the appropriate intensity in each category to achieve the goals set for each person.
