Swim Lessons

Learn to Swim

Private lessons start at 3 years, as this is the appropriate age for students to learn to swim. Students are taught how to be safe around the water. Private lessons are a great way to provide your child with one-on-one attention to help them improve their swimming skills. Private Lessons are perfect for children that have a healthy fear of the water.

Group Lessons

These lessons are 30 to 45 minutes in duration and run for six weeks. We provide lessons for all levels of abilities from beginner to advanced. Children and adult classes are available with a very low instructor- to-student ratio.

Exercise improves the quality of life. My approach to fitness is through functional exercises, which strengthen your natural movements. I am a health and fitness enthusiast. My specialty is helping people to reach their fullest potential through challenging and encouraging workouts. Many individuals of all fitness levels have found my knowledge, experience, and passion to be helpful in reaching their goals.
